At Sony Authorised Store, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 14-day return period for all genuine Sony products in their original, unopened packaging. Please ensure all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original Sony retail box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
